Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your shipping confirmation email (To the email provided at checkout) containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking information provided to follow your order from our warehouse, right up to the moment it is delivered to your door.

Please allow up to 7 working days (UK, USA & EUROPE) and up to 14 working days (rest of the world) for your order to arrive. If this date has passed and you still haven't received your order, contact us and we will assist you.

In the unlikely event you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and have the following information ready: 

1. Your order number.
2. Which item from the order is damaged.
3. A description of the damage.
4. Photographic evidence.

Unless proof of damage has been verified by us, we cannot action a refund, credit or exchange.

Once we have received and verified all of the above information we will immediately begin a process to issue you with a replacement item free of charge.

Please do not return any  goods unless we have advised you to do so, as we don't always require the faulty item back. 

If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the following information:

2. Order Number.
3. Email Address.

Please note that we are unable to cancel the order once the order has left our warehouse. In the event that we are unable to cancel the order please wait until the order arrives and submit a return request.

To keep your Boxing Highs clothing looking and performing its best, follow these care guidelines:

  • Machine wash cold and turn garments inside out.
  • Iron inside out and avoid tumble drying.

Always check the care label on each item for specific instructions. This ensures your gear stays in top shape for longer.

Sign into your account or alternatively press "Forgot your password?" if you have forgotten the password to your account.

Once you have signed in click "View Addresses". From here you will be able to change your postal address or add a new one, which you can select during checkout.
